NEW RULE-NO ADMINS CAN SPAWN ITEMS AND SELL

Starting now to get the economy going on a steady rate admins can't spawn and sell the items to players. Admins are now making an acc[R&M] named (Economy) and trading all the items they get from drops to that account and anything that's on the account we can sell to other players, this will keep the economy from runing due to to much items. Ine repost your say so and delete this last sentance if you agree, if not reply why not

Its good for a Economy start up when thats done delete this and the economy will run its self.
